5th - College
Mission:
Cross Student Ministry, from 5th grade-young adulthood, exists to create cultures of Worship, Belonging, and Growth- so we can become filled to all the fullness of God. (Eph. 3:19)
About:
Worship is the relationship we have with God.
Belonging is the relationship we have with people.
Growth is the relationship we have with ourselves.
We believe these values are what Jesus’ Great Commandment (To love God with all heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love neighbor as ourselves) look like in public- as a group.
When we create environments that reflect these values, we are encouraged to “Become who Jesus would be if He were in our position,” the first step in making disciples of all nations.
Project 56 is our 5th-6th grade ministry that meets Sunday mornings during the 11:00 am service time. Project 56 meets in the 56 Room on the Cafe side hall of the Worship Center. In Project 56, you can expect to have a lot of fun, build lasting friendships, and come to know Jesus in a real, personal way through worship, bible teaching, prayer, and small group interaction! We look forward to seeing you soon!
CSM Wednesday Night is our 7th-12th grade ministry that meets every Wednesday night at 7:00pm in the Student Center. We are a community where you will have the opportunity to get connected and be challenged. Most importantly, CSM is a place that provides the opportunity to know Jesus more deeply through worship, gospel-centered teaching, prayer, and small group interaction. Come be a part of our CSM family!
Just graduated high school? Quest meets during Wednesday Nights at The Cross as a small group in the Worship Center.
Did you know young adults between the ages of 18 - 29 tend to be the most unconnected demographic in most churches? We know how hard it is to feel connected in a church community when you're a single young adult who doesn't quite belong in most small groups for couples or the high school ministry, while, at the same time, juggling jobs with college and figuring out where you belong. Which is why this time in your life is so important to have a healthy community to plug into, and just the reason that we decided to form this group. Come into Quest and you'll find people in the workforce, in college, college graduates, and anyone in between. You DON'T have to be in college to be in this group. More than anything, we want you to know you belong somewhere within your church community and feel challenged to grow more in your faith as you grow into your newfound adulthood.
